We shall be looking at the careers in Art and the
available opportunities in the industry.
Art is the expression of our sense of creativity.
Art
is divided into two, we have Visual Arts and Performing Arts
Visual Arts as the name implies are art works that can
been seen, while Peforming Art can only
be felt e.g Music and Drama
Performing Art
Visual Art on the other hand is divided into two:
We
have Fine Art and Applied Art
Fine Art deals with works of art created mostly for
aesthetic purposes.
Applied arts deals with works of art that is created majorly for their
functions
As technology advances new innovations are being
introduced into visual art but here are few common areas of specialization in
Fine Art :

Some common areas in Applied Art include:

Textile design
· Ceramics etc
